Peer 2 Peer Network Cockburn – NDIS/My Way in Cockburn/Kwinana – Wednesday 13 May 2015

Valued Lives actively promotes and facilitates peer to peer support. We believe that people who have shared experiences can offer invaluable support to others who are on a similar journey.

Our Peer 2 Peer Networks are peer facilitated groups that come together for the purpose of sharing skills, knowledge and ideas in a supportive environment.  We have had requests to develop a Peer 2 Peer Support Network in the Cockburn/ Kwinana NDIS My Way trial site.

To discuss this initiative further, Valued Lives in partnership with Developmental Disability WA would like to invite interested people to come and join us for a conversation over morning tea to co-design your NDIS Peer 2 Peer Network in Cockburn/Kwinana.

For more information on this upcoming morning tea and how to register your interest please click on the link below.  We look forward to sharing conversation with you and hearing your ideas  on this important initiative.
